The words of a wise old woman

Last Updated: October 9, 2006

Page: 1

Bring me a pen
And I’ll write on your hand
Close it tight and never show it to anyone

Bring me a chair
So I can sit
Into your eyes
I’ll say but this

Bring me your ear
And listen attentively
“Where there’s light, just know that
Darkness will also pass by”

Take these words and use them everywhere
While I’m here and when I’m gone
As long as you know this
Many questions in life
Will never need answers
