Local filmmakers take the road less traveled in making Civil War saga
There is more than one way to get a movie made. Just ask the people behind the would-be Civil War saga "Arkansas Traveler." Hoping to raise $10 million, the four filmmakers are producing a trailer before the movie has been shot.

Films that take us by surprise are rare enough. One that does so with clockwork regularity is practically miraculous. There’s nothing predictable about “The Secret in Their Eyes,” the Argentine drama that won this year’s Oscar for foreign language feature.
