Proceeds generated from the purchase of these products support the interpretive and educational components of these programs. Becoming an Outdoors Woman Store

The Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) program is designed to introduce women—aged 18 to 80+—to outdoor skills. A 3-day summer workshop and other specialty workshops are held throughout the year in fishing, hunting, canoeing, snowshoeing, and other skills. Registration fees cover some of the cost of the workshops. To raise money for scholarships and additional workshop expenses, the program sells goods bearing the BOW logo. Products include tote bags, travel mugs, and fanny packs.

State Parks Store

Gift shops are located at Lone Pine, Makoshika, Chief Plenty Coups, First Peoples Buffalo Jump, and Bannack state parks. Each store sells merchandise unique to their locale and in alignment with their interpretive mission. For instance, the First Peoples Buffalo Jump and Chief Plenty Coups stores specialize in Native American art and books. The Makoshika State Park store specializes in dinosaur items. Select items from each store are available for purchase through mail order.

FWP Stores

Located in the lobby of every FWP Regional Office is a small store that contains a variety of clothing, gift items, and books related to Montana recreation, fish, and wildlife.
