Programme of Entrepreneurship culture promotion - Principality of Asturias - Spain 

"Ventanilla Única Empesaria"l is a service whose purpose is to support entrepreneurial people in the start up of new enterprises, through the provision of integrated processing and business advisory services. From the "Ventanilla única", the necessary procedures to set up the enterprise in various government offices can be resolved at the same point of information, and at the same time, making these procedures significantly easier.
The service offers two options:

• "Centros presenciales" - Centres offering administrative procedures and comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs in person..
• A Virtual Portal (VENTANILLA ÚNICA EMPRESARIAL VIRTUAL), that offers general information about starting up businesses, a personalised tutoring guidance tool for the procedures of business projects, as well as an individualised monitoring system of the procedures carried out when starting up a business..

The "Ventanilla Única" is a joint initiative by all the Public Administrations (General State Administration , Autonomous Communities and Cities, Local Authorities) and the Chambers of Commerce. In Asturias the service is provided in the Chamber of Commerce in Oviedo and its offices (Satellite Chambers) in Llanes, Luarca, Mieres, San Martín del Rey Aurelio y Cangas del Narcea.
