Programme of Entrepreneurship culture promotion - Principality of Asturias - Spain 

Enterprise Creation Advisory and Initiation Points (PAIT) are offices run by the Public Administration and public and private entities, professional associations, business organizations and Chambers of Commerce. The One-stop Corporate Shops (Ventanilla Única Empresariales) (VUE) can also carry out PAIT services.

The PAIT provide the following services:

1. Information on the characteristics of the SLNE (New Enterprise Limited Company) and the SLR (Limited Liability Company: legal framework, major commercial aspects, tax, accounting aspects, processing systems, applicable guidelines as well as other existing legal forms in commercial law
2. Completion of business set up procedures using the telematics (computer network) system for administration developed by the "Dirección General de Política" for PYME (Small and medium-sized businesses), using the "Documento Único Electrónico" -DUE (All-in-one Electronic Document). This service should be of obligatory nature and free of charge..
3. Information about public aid applicable to business start-up projects
4. Information about the Social scheme applicable, jurisdiction criteria, affiliation, tax contributions, etc.
5. General information about topics of interest to companies, such as: funding, taxation, assistance programmes, employment, internationalisation, research, technical development and innovation, business cooperation, etc.
6. Completion of the ID-CIRCE(Information Centre and Network for the Creation of Companies) code application and reservation of the company name for in-person processing of the SLNE.

The service is provided in Asturias from some Business Centres and municipal services, the Economic Development Institute of Asturias (IDEPA), the Chambers of Commerce Satellite Offices and the Asturian Employers Federation.
