It is a Public Law Corporation, represents the interests of companies in Gijón, Carreño and Langreo.

Its vocation is to offer high value-added services to companies, with particular attention to SMEs and sectors and groups which require more effort, as traders, self-employed, entrepreneur women, disables and young people with entrepreneurial initiatives.
