This site is the home of the Plater family that has it's origins in Westphalia in Germany. Today, the family is spread around the world and uses the names Plater, Broel-Plater, Plater-Zyberk and de Plater.
The Plater Family Association was founded in early 2008, in order to promote family ties and to organize the growing genealogical work and data. All descendants of the ancestor are welcome to join, and we are looking forward to making new aquaintances from all countries.
