Programme of Entrepreneurship culture promotion - Principality of Asturias - Spain 

The "self-employment tícket" is a grant that unemployed persons wishing to set themselves up as self-employed or on one's own may apply for:

• Be an unemployed person registered as a jobseeker
• Maintain the status of unemployed person until registered in the special regime of autonomous workers with the Social Security
• Carry out the activity on a full-time basis, and be unable to combine it with other self-employed activity
• Self-employed status shall be maintained for at least three years from the start date accredited in the category of autonomous workers with the Social Security
• A favourable report on the feasibility of the project activity or business in accordance with the Resolution of 22 May 2008 (BOPA No.124,29 May 2008), carried out through Business Centres in the Principality of Asturias
• Make an investment in plant and equipment necessary to carry out activities for a minimum of €.5,000

The Feasibility Plan for future business is a document that should be analysed and validated in any one of the Business Centres that form part of the public network of the Principality of Asturias. In these centres , as well as Local Development Centres spread throughout the region ,entrepreneurs can obtain information and consultancy for the elaboration of the said Feasibility Plan.
