The Aerospace Corporation is engaged in work for the national defense and is required to comply with federal laws and regulations pertaining to the safeguarding of classified information and material. Security clearance criteria require that The Aerospace Corporation employ only United States citizens in certain positions. All job openings within the Engineering and Technology Group (ETG), Space Program Operations (SPO), Space Launch Operations (SLO), Systems Planning and Engineering Group (SPE), National Systems Group (NSG) and Information Office require that the employee obtain and maintain at least a secret clearance.
