Try to include all the information we will need to write an informative article for our readers. Answer these questions: Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How? or How Much? Please double-check the spelling of names and places and include both a daytime and an evening telephone contact in case we need more information, because reporters work long into the evening.

If you have a photograph that would help illustrate the story, attach it to your email, tell us who owns the copyright, and if you are the copyright owner and want to grant us permission to use the photo, say so in your email. Remember, we cannot be responsible for the photos, and we don't return them.
