Kopps I can't believe a Turtle Sundae at Kopp's is over $6.00... i'm not cheap, but that seem expensive to me. I remember as a kid (over 30 years ago) the same exact item was $2.00 same size cup, same 3 scoops of "custard", same caramel, fudge, pecans.. and that cherry on top... It...
