What has come to be known as Milwaukee's Museum Mile on the historic East Side is hosting its second annual event on Sunday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Participating museums include Jewish Museum Milwaukee, 1360 N. Prospect Ave.; The Charles Allis Art Museum, 1801 N. Prospect Ave.; Museum of Wisconsin Art at Saint John's On The Lake, 1800 N. Prospect Ave.; The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, 2220 N. Terrace Ave.; and the North Point Lighthouse at Lake Park, 2650 N. Wahl Ave.
These venues will offer free or reduced admission, and several museums will offer complimentary docent-led tours, light refreshments and champagne. Free activities for children will also be available, including a Milwaukee Museum Mile scavenger hunt.
A free, continuous shuttle bus will be available for travel between locations. Participants are welcome to park at museum locations where parking is available or utilize street parking. Walking and bicycling to the event are also encouraged.

Another badly thought article on this site--ALL of the admissions need to be listed and say which ones are free. Who writes these articles?" obviously no common sense.
