Fandoms are listed alphabetically, stories/poems by date of completion. Please note that some links are to archive sites, where I'm not responsible for formatting (although if there are typos, they're usually my fault because I posted them that way on an email list). Eventually I hope to have them all live here, just for convenience's sake.

Titles without links were probably written before I had a computer of my very own, and will be available when I finally get around to typing them in.

Beauty and the Beast

Green Finch and Linnet Bird (Short story, 1990) The silent stranger Mouse rescues from a cave-in holds the key to tragic secrets of the tunnel world's past. (Appeared in Faded Roses issue 3, published by Cheryl Duval. Note: my copy of this zine was lost in a move, and I had no other copy of the story. |Spring Break Slayer Style (Novella, August 1997) Crossover with Forever Knight. A trip to Toronto turns out not-so-relaxing when Buffy discovers her cousin is involved with a vampire and Willow is hunted by another. And in case you're wondering what the guys are up to back home on the Hellmouth, check out Perri Smith's companion story, "Spring Break Sidekick Style". (Posted to FKFIC-L in November 1997. Dark Shadows (1991)

Angel of Darkness, Angel of Light (Short story, January 1992) Co-written with Diana Smith and Pat Dunn. Crossover with their original-universe characters Nicholas and Varina Tannek, and my original-universe character Liara Kelloran. Two vampires very unlike himself and one formerly-immortal witch join forces in an attempt to free Barnabas from his curse. (Appeared in Good Guys Wear Fangs issue 1, published by Mary Ann McKinnon.)


Forever Knight

Forever Knight based poems (various dates) The FK characters are a talkative lot! A chronological collection of verse from the very beginning to the bitter end, and beyond. (Some have appeared in Good Guys Wear Fangs issues 2 and 3, published by Mary Ann McKinnon.)

Silent All These Years (Short story, December 1992) A speculative, pre-"A Fate Worse Than Death" account of Janette's origins. (Posted to FKFIC-L in August 1993. Appeared in Good Guys Wear Fangs issue 3, published by Mary Ann McKinnon.)

Further To Fall (Short story, February 1993) (Actually the first FK story I started--when the show had been airing for all of two weeks--although "Silent" was finished first. To my knowledge, I was the first fan writer to bring Natalie across. *holds up sign for courtesy claps*) An old enemy resurfaces to exact revenge on Nick, and it's Natalie who pays the price. (Posted to FKFIC-L in August 1993. Appeared in Good Guys Wear Fangs issue 2, published by Mary Ann McKinnon.)

Blood Moon Rising (Short story, March 1993) Co-written with Pat Dunn and Diana Smith. Crossover with ShadowChasers. Enforcers, a pair of nosy "paranormal investigators", and a few nasty surprises combine to give Nick and Natalie a really rotten few days. (Appeared in On the Wings of the Knight, published by Peg Kennedy. Note: my copy of this zine was lost in a move, and I had no other copy of the story. Anyone able to provide a copy will have my undying gratitude! Winner of the 1994 Fan Quality Award for Best Story--Forever Knight.)

To Drive The Cold Winter Away (Vignette, December 1993) It's Christmas Eve. Do you know where your friendly neighborhood coroner, vampire cop, and nightclub goddess are? (Posted to FKFIC-L in December 1993. Appeared in Forever, published by Tara O'Shea.)

Reconstruction (Vignette, May 1995) The asteroid scare is over, Spark is history...but Natalie's life is still not going to be much fun for a little while. (Posted to FKFIC-L in March 1996.)

1999 FK Fanfic Awards
|Color of the Night (Short story, summer 1995) Natalie's birthday brings a fight with Nick, the resurfacing of frightening memories, and an uncertain future. (Posted to FKFIC-L in summer 1995, as part of the "Song Challenge" issued by Susan Garrett. 1999 FK Fanfic Awards nominee for Historic NonAdult Short Story.)

Reverie (Vignette, March 1996) Nick's reflections on a dream come true. Written as a baby gift for Christine Hunt. (Posted to FKFIC-L in March 1996.)

Upon the Cheek of Night (Short story, May 1996) One version among very, very many of what happens after "Last Knight". ("Door story" for MediaWest*Con 16, May 1996. Posted to FKFIC-L in June 1996)

Spring Break Slayer Style (Novella, August 1997) Crossover with Buffy the Vampire Slayer. An upcoming family reunion brings Natalie a couple of teenage houseguests with a knack for getting into vampire-related trouble. The Phantom of the Opera

Alouette (Short story, 1989) Erik grudgingly befriends a gifted street urchin who wanders into his world. Takes place about a year before the musical begins. (Appeared in Faded Roses issue 2, published by Cheryl Duval.)

New Final Lesson: Christine (Poem, 1989) Christine's thoughts at the climactic choice in the Phantom's lair. (Appeared in Faded Roses issue 2, published by Cheryl Duval.)

Where All Must Pay Homage To Music (Short story, 1989) Stuck while composing "Don Juan Triumphant", a frustrated Phantom receives inspiration from an unexpected source. (Appeared in Faded Roses issue 2, published by Cheryl Duval.)
