Resolution (64) 10 concerning the publication of digests of state practice in the field of public international law

Governments are recommended to publish digests concerning national practice in the field of public international law and to follow certain principles in order to comply as far as possible with certain uniform standards in order to make the digests readily accessible and comparable with each other.
