The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) is the office responsible for Direct Foreign Investment in the country, the Management and Disposal of Crown Estate.

The OPM has responsibility for:

• The Bahamas Investment Authority
• Constitutional Review Commission
• Relations with the Grand Bahama Port Authority
• Relations with the Public Utilities Commission
• Lands and Surveys
• Acquisition of Lands
• Environment, Science and Technology Commission
• Relations with The Bahamas National Trust
  

Through the Bahamas Investment Authority, the OPM also administers the country's National Investment Policy.
