All Council vacancies are advertised on the website and in the local press, being the Brisbane Valley Sun, Gatton Star and the Kilcoy Sentinel. The Queensland Times and the Courier Mail may also be used to attract suitably qualified applicants if required.
Current positions vacant within Council are provided below with a copy of the advertisement and the position description, including the selection criteria.
Council has prepared a Job Application Guide to assist you in preparing your application and hopefully will answer any questions you may have regarding the selection process.

General Application Esk Shire Council accepts general applications for employment. These applications are not considered for specific advertised vacancies, rather than are kept on file for any casual or temporary positions that may become available. A general application remains current for a period of 6 months.
