The Herdener Family Clinic is located at 340 NE Evans Street in McMinnville, Oregon. This is just a block off of 3rd Street in Old Town McMinnville. Our clinic is open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 5:00pm Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 am to 12:00 noon on Friday. Thursdays we are open for massage only.

Office & Payment Procedures
In an ongoing effort to serve our patients more effectively and efficiently, we have established the following policies and procedures. To assist us in our ability to provide you with excellent care, please read the following information carefully. If you require clarification or have have any questions, please consult with our receptionist.
  • Clinic Hours: Our clinic is open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 5:00pm Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 am to 12:00 noon on Friday. Thursdays we are open for massage only.
  • Contacting the Clinic: You may contact our clinic receptionist during regular business hours by calling (503)434-6170If it is outside our regular business hours, please leave a detailed message on our answering service. We will return your call.If you have a medical emergency and are unable to reach Dr. Herdener; go to an emergency room or call 911.
  • Appointment Policies: New patients may come into the office and pick up a "new patient" packet. If you prefer, they could be mailed to you. The packet must be returned to the clinic 3 days before your first appointment.Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled at the completion of an office visit, or as needed.
  • Cancellation Policy: Scheduled appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee equal to the amount of the missed appointment or service. 24 hour cancellation notice allows us to give that appointment to someone else in need.
  • Payment Policies: For patients without health insurance; payment in full for all clinic services, lab tests and items dispensed is expected on the day of service.For patients with health insurance; we will bill your insure for the services covered by the insurance. co-payments and non covered items, will be expected on the day of services. It is helpful to have a copy of the insurance card, and signed insurance disclaimer at the time of the first covered visit. The insured is responsible for any services not covered by the insurance company.
  • Forms of Payment: Payment may be made in the form of; cash, check, visa, or master card.
