Hephzibah House has used an organization comprised of Believers who have banded their resources together to pay the medical bills of fellow believers. We heartily agree with this approach so that we are: 1) helping other Christians and thus satisfying the demands of Gal. 6:10) avoiding having to pay for bills generated by sinful choices: abortions, venereal diseases, tobacco-related illness, etc.

Recently, we have made a change, and we are now associated with Samaritan Ministries. Their deductible is $300.00 to be satisfied three times each year, and the remainder of the covered bills are paid within 90 days or so. Their coverage is up to $100,000.00 per incident. Their costs are $50 per month for a single person; $100 per month for a married couple, $125 per month for a single parent and his/her children; $150 per month for a family.
