Weekend tour date

Ever fancied running out at The Valley on a Saturday? Well, every Addicks fan can now live the dream thanks to the club's exclusive tours of the hallowed ground.

A young Addicks fan celebrates

Due to popular demand, Charlton are set to open up the doors to the stadium at a weekend, offering an intriguing look behind the scenes at the Championship club.

Usually, tours take place on a weekday, but Saturday, October 13th is the date for fans' diaries, with supporters able to perhaps plot a teamtalk to unleash in the home dressing room, or perfect their haggling skills while sitting around the boardroom table.

Fans can also emerge from the tunnel and on to the fabled Valley pitch, as well as taking their place on the bench and follow in the footsteps of manager Alan Pardew by prowling the technical area.

The weekend date offers parents the opportunity to attend with children, and there is plenty to satisfy fans of all ages.

There are two tours, led as ever by expert guide and Mercury sports reporters Kevin Nolan, at 10.30am and 12.30pm. The £15 adults and £10 U14s price also includes lunch afterwards.

The tours are likely to be hugely popular, so fans are advised to book as soon as possible on 020-8333 4040 or via sales@cafc.co.uk.

Go on, live the dream.
