Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS)

This survey is a collaborative effort between Boulder County Public Health and the two local school districts in Boulder County. The data will provide information that will be used to develop and implement school-based and community-based strategies to help protect and enhance the well-being of our county’s school-age youth.

Student names were not asked for on the survey or on the answer sheet, and all answers given will be kept strictly confidential.

Participation in the survey is totally voluntary. If someone was uncomfortable answering a particular question, they had the option of leaving it blank.
