After some good qualifying matches ETProLeague is ready to start its second season. Congratulations to the qualifying teams, Accurate, Cortana, Frogz Squad, Especiales, UberMix, and Seishun-gakuen. Starting this Sunday, please schedule all your matches with your opponents and inform me or anim on #ETProLeague what time your match will be played so we can put it on ETTV. The brackets are all practically complete and can be found HERE. It appears as Clutch Impact taking the final spot, that match for that spot hasn't taken place yet, I just put them in to complete the bracket, Sadness can still take that spot. The seedings were chosen by the direct invite teams getting eight seedings and then 9-14 were chosen as good as possible judging from the play in the qualifiers and past matches. And the NA teams bringing it in the 15th and 16th seeds. • Read more ...

After 3 months of intense fights between strongest lineups and experienced Teams we have watched over the ClanBase Nationscup XII, as always we had to experiment a couple of inconveniences related with teams disqualification and issues with the scheduling part. The Chiefs had to take the respective decision in all this cases, but not everything was full of flame and disappointments we also had the incorporation of 2 teams to this event that we never expected them to sign up and compete the respective qualifier round such as Colombia and Brazil Thanks for the Interest. • Read more ...

The Crossfire Challenge 6 payment list is now fully up to date. I've bolded the teams that are either fully paid or semi paid as I've been in contact with them to confirm their attendance. Additionally, Mamut and asd have said they're still coming if thats the case and we get our full list we'll have a whopping 22 teams signed up which is a great sign of health in the ET community.
Other than that things are almost all set for CC6, if you've any last minute scheduling requirements you should as usual speak to Adacore. The tournament will be starting bright and early on the Friday as usual (schedule to come this week). We are currently in talks with Dell to get quite a lot of extra PC's supplied for the event, that will either be confirmed soon or you'll err never hear about it again!
Additionally, the final map in the CC6 maplist has been confirmed. After consultation with teams it was decided to add only one map to the previously confirmed five. The sixth map for the tournament will be Adlernest, giving a final CC6 map list as:
- Adlernest
- Bremen_b2
- sp_Delivery_te
- sw_Goldrush_te
- Radar
- Supply
With a six map pool a new method of map elimination will be used to determine the decider map, where required. The team winning the coin toss will eliminate two maps consecutively, then the team which lost the coin toss will decide between the two remaining maps in the pool. We hope this system will result in a fairer selection of maps for decider rounds.
See you at LAN!

ET Moviemakers pack v0.9 *beta*
After the success(?) of Moviemaking Pack, and after get some good and not soo good feedback, i've decided to improve the pack and make it more user friendly.
How?
- ET Moviemakers pack v0.9 *beta* has a pre-installed Enemy Territory version with all you might need to make a movie properly. I've collected some software i found useful. The pack contains a installer and all the software/settings you see at right side. 419mb!!
Feedback? Bugs? Ideas?
- Feedback is always welcome. Remember this is just a beta version. Im going to add some more tutorials and software at next version (specially because new image.et is coming soon). Leave your feedback here

BlackMane Fined £400 and a free entry pass
The dignitas player BlackMane has been fined for his actions on the stage as well as other comments made throughout the CoD4 Rustlers tournament. This decision has come from the head of Multiplay themselves.
There has been a lot of discussion about the way BlackMane conducted himself in the CoD4 tournament. The first signs came in their game against TCM where there was a lot of flame bouncing back and forth. This wasn't just binds, but actual text chat saying things of a rather explicit nature. This is when dignitas received their first official warning for abusive behaviour.
We all saw how they acted on the stage, and there are a number of pictures to prove it. Blackmane at the end stood up and shouted at the YoYoTech players. This could be heard live over the QuadV cast and again it was of an explicit nature. Multiplay were not happy with this, and a decision has been made.
The decision came after a long discussion with Blackmane himself, and the tournament admins came to the decision that decided that Blackmane would lose his share of the prize money, £400 and would also lose his free entry to i37. MD of Multiplay, Craig "Wizzo" Fletcher, backed up this decision.
"At that level no matter what pressure you are under you can't let it get to you," said Wizzo. "If you do that in football you get 3 match bans, you get fined. If this is going to become a real sport like any other, the players need to start taking responsibility."
"If eSports and these events are going to continue to grow and get sponsorship we can't tolerate that level of behaviour on the stage. And this is a warning to anyone else who thinks they can behave like that."
Though this behaviour is not tolerated, we hope that the teams will walk away knowing that this will not be tollerated in the future. This slightly tarnishes the CoD4 tournament, but hopefully we won't be seeing this again.
