TALIBAN 'BLACK LIST' OF AFGHANS TO BE EXECUTED

The Taliban spiritual leader, Mullah Omar, has approved a list of currently Pakistan-based Afghan warlords and political figures to be executed for supporting the ex-king Zahir Shah.
According to the Ariana news agency, which is located in the city of Peshawar, a mostly Pushtun-populated, Omar issued the corresponding decree after consultations with the leaders of the Bin Ladin-led terrorist organisation al-Qaeda. The consultations were held in Mullah Omar's home province of Uruzgan (Central Afghanistan).
According to Ariana, the list of persons sentenced to death has been sent to Taliban governors and to counter-intelligence. They include the names of several Afghan leaders, Peshawar and Islamabad residents.
According to information from Afghanistan, search, arrests, and punishment of persons included in the black list, have already started. For instance, field commander Khaji Khair Mohammad accused of supporting Zahir Shah, has been arrested in Nangrakhar.
