BUSH SAYS HE TRUSTS RUSSIA AND ITS PRESIDENT

U.S. President George W. Bush says he trusts Russia and its President, Vladimir Putin.
In reply to a reporter's question as to whether Russia is trustworthy, Bush said that Putin is a straightforward person, worthy of the Americans' trust.
According to the U.S. Chief Executive, the pair had an open and frank dialogue, laying a foundation for "very constructive" cooperation between the two nations.
