"HUMAN ERROR" LED TO MILAN AIRPORT TRAGEDY
Italian Interior Ministry specialists believe that "human error" was the cause of a tragedy at Milan's Linate airport on Monday morning.
According to the ministry's information all the 114 people on board an SAS airliner and the four-man crew of a private German Cessna plane were killed in a collision on the runway.
