NEWS

It's no secret that pizza is the best I'm-going-to-get-drunk food. Bonus is when you can find that renegade $1 in your couch to pay for a slice. Who needs to tip, right?

So, it's the New Year. Where's the new you?

Rent is a simple concept.

From the usual "I've only had two drinks" to the more creative excuses such as "I urinated on the window because it was dirty," the State College Police Department and Penn State University Police have heard it all.

George Kihara goes to work at 10 p.m. on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and gets off at 6:30 a.m. He works at the Arc of Centre County, an organization that helps handicapped and mentally challenged individuals.

SPORTS

Fourth and goal. Third and inches. Two great teams.

ARTS

Ah, dorm life-- can't say I miss it. Though I am fortunate enough to live in an apartment now, I realized the same "must haves" in your dorm still apply -- aside from the obvious. No matter where your "home away from home" is, there's just some things you've got to have in your room.

Decorating can always be a challenge, but college students living on a budget need not worry.
