About 60 residents of Beslan refuse to leave the building of the Leninskiy District Court of Vladikavkaz until the chair at the trial meets them. The reason is in the permanent postponement of the court sessions. Today's one has also failed.

Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan", asserts that the so-called "Beslan terrorists", who seized the school in this North-Ossetian city four years ago, could be the agents of Russian special agencies - UBOP (Unit for Fighting Organized Crime) and FSB (Federal Security Bureau. This can be concluded, according to Kesaeva, from biography details of the attackers.

On November 13, the Leninskiy District Court of North Ossetia will consider the suit of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan" against Russia's and Republic's Ministries of Internal Affairs on moral compensation to the victims of the terror act in September 2004.

Today, Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan", has returned from Warsaw, where she presented the report named "Methods of Fighting Terrorism" and 2600 signatures in support of international investigation of the Beslan terror act, which were gathered during the mourning actions on the 4th anniversary of the tragedy in School No. 1.
