We regularly survey a large number of candidates so that we can understand what we do well and what we can do better. In our last candidate experience survey, 8 out of 10 new hires told us that our recruitment process was ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. 

However, we’ve also learned that we can make the overall recruitment process clearer and give more detailed insight into working at BP and how we help new hires find their feet. To address this, we've streamlined this section of bp.com/careers and created some short videos and downloadble content to help you.
