(1) Customer Hotline Representative (Ref.: CHR)

  • 5 passes in HKCEE is preferred.
  • 2-3 years' call centre experience.
  • Good oral communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Good PC and Chinese word processing skills.

Duties:

  • Handle customers' enquiries, suggestions and complaints on bus services through the KMB Customer Service Hotline.
  • Provide clerical support.
  • Perform shift and roster duties.

(2) 派更員 (Ref.: DPC)

  • 入職要求:

    - 中五程度,懂電腦及打字。
  • 職責:

    - 負責分配車長工作及有關文書工作。

    - 工作時間由凌晨四時至中午十二時或中午十二時至下午八時或晚上七時至翌日凌晨三時,需輪班及輪休。

The following vacancy exists in LONG WIN Bus Co. Ltd. which provides franchised bus services to North Lantau and the Airport.

(3) Part-time Customer Service Representative (Ref.: PT-CSR)

  • F.5 standard.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, basic knowledge of computer.

Duties:

  • Perform shift duties at the Customer Service Airbus Ticket Office at HK International Airport on requested days (1-2 week days per week, 9 hours per day).
  • Sell Airbus tickets, answer enquiries and handle opinions on bus service from customers at Centres and through Helpline.
  • Handle lost and found properties.
  • Conduct surveys, assist in outdoor ad-hoc projects.

(4) Service Co-ordinator II (Ref.: LW-SC2)

  • Form 7 or above, candidates without the required academic qualifications but with substantial experience in service industry will also be considered.
  • At least 2 years’ working experience at supervisory level.
  • Good command of Cantonese and English. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Possession of valid driving licence (Class 1 & 2) is preferred.
  • Computer literacy will be an advantage.

Duties:

  • Monitor the operation of bus service in respective zones.
  • Handle duty dispatch of bus and crew in various depots.
  • Responsible for terminus management.
  • Undertake operations and customer service related duties.
  • Attend to operational contingency issues/problems.
  • Liaise with company control centre and internal office.
  • Perform outdoor work, on shift and roster duties.

(5) 車 長 (龍運巴士)

  • 入職要求:

    持有有效香港駕駛執照三年或以上(其中必須包括一號牌)
    必須通過面試、查牌紀錄、駕駛測試和體格檢驗
