Rock N Roll Bingo a Raging Success


February 28, 2006 – The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) is proud to report that the Rock N Roll Bingo fundraiser held February 16th in Hollywood, California was a raging success and a great time for all who attended. Hosted by Joanna Angel and sponsored by LA Weekly, VCA Pictures, Playboy.com, Erotica LA, Wanted List, EonMcKai.com, Amoeba Music, A&K Labels and Shocking Moon Design, the event raised funds for FSC efforts on behalf of the adult entertainment industry.

According to the LA Weekly, the event brought in more money than any other fundraiser they have held, and all from selling $5 bingo cards. A final tally has yet to be made, but several hundred cards were certainly sold that evening. It was such a success that the LA Weekly is planning another Bingo night in June, once again in conjunction with Erotica LA, to benefit the Free Speech Coalition.

“These are the best types of fundraisers,” said Michelle Freridge, FSC Executive Director. “They combine a great party with a great cause, and everyone wants to do it again because they had such a great time. What more could you ask for? We can’t thank all the sponsors of this event enough, and we hope to see them at the next one!”
