Dear University students,

The first phase of our competition is ended and the jury is eagerly waiting to check the quality of your projects.  It's now time to continue our quest and proceed to the second phase of the contest. You are now asked to send your work to us for checking. Please use any ftp client (CuteFTP, FileZilla etc) to connect to ftp://ftp.infomatrix.ro . To login, you will need the same username and password that you've been using to register the project and edit its data on our website.

After logging in, please create a file called info.txt. This file should contain the name of your project and category for which the project is participating. Then you should create 3 folders on your FTP: docs, binary and src.

i. Binary is for the executable files of your project (in case of DTP and Computer Art - it is the compiled file of your creation)

ii. Docs will contain the documentation of your project. If installation is necessary, include also an installation section in these documents. Please do not forget to write about the developing platform or necessary software (i.e. Delphi 7, Photoshop, Excel etc).

iii.Src should include the source code of your programs or the raw file of your project (for DTP or Computer Art). The presence of source code is not compulsory, but commission might add some extra points for it. In any case, we assure you that sources files you will send will not be published or commercialized.

Include in each of these folders the necessary files.

IMPORTANT: For "Design and Use of a Control System" you are not required to send your hardware device! Just send the presentation of your project.

As an advice, we recommend that you concentrate on the documentation of your projects. Please present clearly all strong points of your project. (even for categories like Computer Art and Desktop Publishing - write about the ideas that made you start this project and don\'t forget to include details about installation, compatibility and so on).
