The court has RULED that niggers, Mexicans, and jews are not, and CANNOT EVER BE, sovereigns.

To clarify this point, it is the COURTS who have RULED that the "US citizen" created by the Fourteenth Amendment is NOT a beneficiary of the Bill of Rights, and that ONLY a sovereign, who is NOT a Fourteenth Amendment creation, is a beneficiary of the Bill of Rights.

Are jews, niggers, or Latinos sovereigns, or can they become sovereigns?
