Leaktest description
|
OutBound sends it's packets directly to the network interface trying to bypass the firewall.
Which makes OutBound different from other leaktest is that it uses TCP packet with
few flags enabled, trying to make them seen as an established connection. Many Firewall
doesn't filter this kind of packet to keep safe CPU and system resources.

Meaning

If the test is a success, this means that your firewall doesn't check lower that
windows IP layer, and/or checks only new connection instead of the whole traffic.
