Roy Pinchot
Roy Pinchot

Chief Executive Officer and President

Brings to the Company 44 years of management experience in telecommunications, information services, and publishing. His areas of expertise include sales and marketing, call center telephony, advertising, and direct response.

Mr. Pinchot was Director of Marketing and Sales for Spherix Inc. (Nasdaq:SPEX) a leading call center company. At Spherix, he directed contract wins and serviced Verizon High Speed Data Networks, Digex ISP, the National Park Service, Pharmacia, Parke Davis, Glaxo, Roche, Astra Zeneca, Shering Plough, McNeil, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Warner Lambert, and nine different government agencies of the State of Maryland including Human Resources, Mass Transit, Natural Resources, Dept. of Health, Tourism and the Governor's Office. Previously, Mr. Pinchot was Director of Direct Marketing and account executive for two advertising agencies where he was responsible for the United States Telephone Association, Electronic Industries Association, Airbus Aircraft Industries, and Commercial Credit Corp. Mr. Pinchot was formerly Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of U.S. News & World Report Books and president of the United States History Society. He is also a recipient of the Echo Award, the highest award of the Direct Marketing Association. Mr. Pinchot was a telecommunications officer and public relations officer in the U.S. Navy.


Raul Vera
Raul Vera

Chief Technical Officer

The inventor of the TeleContinuity technology, Mr. Vera brings to the Company 21 years experience in telecommunications, network and software systems engineering, and information technology management. As VP of Information Technology at Spherix, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPEX), a leading Call Center company, he built the IT staff from 5 to 35 developers, database and network engineers and developed many original CTI and web-enabled CRM and Call Center software products for the pharmaceutical and hospitality industry, making the department a significant profit center. As Vice President of Application Development and Telecommunications at Amerix Corporation, a pioneering call center driven debt management start-up, he successfully managed rapid growth of the department from 15 developers to 45 developers and telecom engineers while directly contributing to revenue growth from $25 Million to over $85 Million in two years. He was later promoted to CTO at Amerix where he managed a staff of 95.

Mr. Vera directly contributed to the development of the enterprise CRM and production accounting systems at Amerix which processed 30,000 new clients per month and returned over $2 Billion in payments to 100,000 creditors per year. Mr. Vera, has extensive experience in CTI systems development and integration, including the successful and record breaking integration of Geotel's Network Level Routing product. Accomplished in just sixty days, this project: completely reengineered the multiple call center operation encompassing over 1,500 agents; integrated SS7 communication links with the IXC network, ACD, IVR, and web-enabled components; and made call routing and customer service 30 percent more efficient. Mr. Vera is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and is a retired nuclear submarine engineering officer.


Michael Rosenberg
Michael Rosenberg

Executive Vice President

Michael is an expert in COOP, COG, BCP, communications continuity and disaster recovery.  Michael has worked and has been responsible for major engagements with the financial services sector comprised of global investment banks, hedge funds and retail banking.  Additionally, Michael has worked extensively with the Department of Defense and Department of Justice on Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and the role of telecommunications in any emergency and recovery.  Michael has extensive knowledge of PSTN and IP voice platforms and LEC/CLEC capabilities as well as vast experience with Business Continuity and Continuity of Operations related process and policy.    Michael is an expert in the TeleContinuity Platform and was an integral member of the TeleContinuity team that worked on the original specifications and grant submissions for NIST’s 2003 Advanced Technology Program Competition which ultimately was awarded and funded the initial prototype and engineering of the system.   Michael acts as TeleContinuity’s liaison to the Securities Industry Financial Markets Association (SIFMA),  U.S. Chamber of Commerce Homeland Security Committee as well as the Information Technology Sector Coordination Council (ITSCC) under the Department of Homeland Security.  Additionally, Michael’s 16 years of experience in outsourced application management and telecommunications uniquely qualifies him for being responsible for TeleContinuity’s professional services organization, which is responsible for all program management, pre-sales, implementation, training and support of TeleContinuity’s Solutions.   As a senior manager he Michael brings to the Company 11 years of senior management experience in outsourced application management. Most recently he was Vice President of Corporate Development and Services at Elcom, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELCO) a leading provider of strategic hosted sourcing and e-Procurement services. As one of Elcom's earliest employees, he played a central role in helping management to grow revenues to $800 million in four years, and supporting the IPO and customer acquisition process. Mr. Rosenberg built and managed Elcom's professional services organization, which was responsible for all of the pre-sales, implementation, training and support of Elcom's global client base in Japan, South Africa and the United Kingdom and managed the Company’s international joint ventures and expansion into Asia and Africa through a series of successful joint ventures and strategic relationships. Michael received a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University in 1993.


Gia Nguyen
Gia Nguyen

Director of Software Engineering

Brings over 14 years of experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining Telecontinuity, Mr. Nguyen was the Chief Technology Officer at OneCarePlace, an Internet Application Service Provider for the healthcare and social service sectors. As the principal software architect at OneCarePlace, he spent over 4 years developing the Care Management System software, a secure, web-based clinical record keeping and client tracking application. Prior to joining OneCarePlace, Mr. Nguyen served as a Senior Manager and Project Director at Noblestar Systems, an IT consulting firm. He delivered e-commerce solutions to the energy, pharmaceutical, and banking industries and supervised over 40+ professional consultants on project engagements. He was directly responsible for over $6 million in revenue over a period of 5 years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nguyen was a senior technologist at MCI and James Martin & Company (now known as HeadStrong), developing client/server and database solutions for Fortune 1000 companies in the telecommunications, energy, and financial sectors. He has a BS in Computer Science from George Mason University


Dr. Robert Bozsa
Dr. Robert Bozsa

Director of Network Monitoring and Analysis

Brings more than 10 years of technology experience to TeleContinuity. Prior to joining TeleContinuity, Dr. Bozsa was Technical Director, Web Applications Development, for the QRC Division of Macro International. He managed the development of large-scale, Web-based data collection and data management systems for projects supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, National Science Foundation and National Association of Independent Schools.

Dr. Bozsa was also instrumental in the development of FormMagician(tm) QRC Division's automated survey-building tool and the STATcompiler, a dynamic table building, data manipulation, and data importing system. Prior to Macro, he worked at various divisions of Biospherics Inc., including the Information Services, Environmental Services and Biotech Divisions. His work there included the first web-based campground reservation system for the National Park Service and development of the company's first Intranet. Dr. Bozsa received a PhD in Agriculture Science in 1988 from University of Arkansas.


Taka Ito
Taka Ito

Managing Director of Asia Pacific Operations

Brings more then 20 years of experience to TeleContinuity in the area of software and content development for the U.S. and Japanese marketplaces. Mr. Ito, born in Tokyo graduated St. Michaels College in Vermont with a BA in Business Administration.

He has been a Senior Consultant and Director of some of the largest Japanese Corporations including NEC Mobile Communications, Panasonic, Microsoft Japan, Toshiba, and Shogakukan. Mr. Ito has extensive experience managing, integrating and selling a variety of different technologies and platforms in both the Japanese and American marketplace.

 


Craig LLewellyn

Craig Llewellyn

Director Network and Security Engineering

Brings over 14 years over experience in the information technology field, specializing in the areas of systems programming, network and security design. Mr. Llewellyn provides engineering oversight for the team managing Telecontinuity's National and International Network as well as performing development of autonomous software agents, control plane software and systems software. Prior to joining TeleContinuity, Mr. Llewellyn held positions at Allegiance Business Internet, Intermedia Communications, Digex, and Spherix. Mr. Llewellyn has been active in a wide array of engineering projects including the creation and design of secure high availability networks, database front end applications, management of server farms, redesign and management of firewalls and virtual private networks, and development of system automation for critical systems alarming, penetration testing and reporting. Mr. Llewellyn has managed networks and devices that provided security for such high profile companies as Nike, Ford Motor Company, Halmark, Martha Stewart and Staples. Additionally, Mr. Llewellyn performed comprehensive design/analysis and developed IVR/CTI applications, for a variety of pharmaceutical companies, the Federal Information Center, the Maryland 800 Tourism Information Center Service, Nurse Triage, and the National Park Reservation Service. Mr. Llewellyn has a BA in Psychology from Salisbury University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
