BUAFL Cheer is the umbrella body which supports the work of the numerous cheerleading squads which support their teams during the season.
Cheerleaders are integral to the BUAFL game day experience and work with the respective football teams on many social activities throughout the year.
Their stunts can be spectacular and their routines are meticulously coordinated and combine elements of dance, cheerleading and gymnastics.
The head of BUAFL Cheer is Sarah Kenealy. Sarah will be working closely with the BUAFL Board to maximise the opportunities for cheerleading in and around the BUAFL. Sarah is supported in her work by both Sarah Burke and Nandi Mundeta.
Sarah will lead on co-ordinating cheer programmes in Conferences 1 and 2 and Nandi will focus upon Conferences 3 and 4.
