The Premium Personals FAQ is designed to answer any questions you might have about the new premium features and billing services. If you are not a Premium Personals member or have questions about the basic Personals product, your questions about the new profiles can best be answered here.

Save a search

Find a search that gives you the best results and save it to use later. You can save your favorite searches before you run the search or after you see your results. You can even label your searches for easy reference.

Save an autosearch

Your saved searches can run automatically. Just schedule them and activate them. Your results will be sent to you via e-mail. You can save up to 20 searches and/or autosearches.

Book 'em

If you see a profile you like, be sure to book 'em. You can edit/delete your bookmarked profiles by selecting the link to the "book 'em lists" in the left column.

Block 'em

Tired of seeing the same profile over and over again? You can block the profiles that you don't want to see again. You can edit/delete your block list by choosing the "block 'em list" link from the left column. Note: Adding a large number of profiles to your block list can slow down your search results.

Where do I find adult content?

As a Premium Personals subscriber, you now have unlimited access to the adult profiles. The fastest way to access adult content is by doing an adult search.

What do you mean by "adult"?

Depictions of the naked body, including individuals in sexual postures or activities and sexual engagements between or among individuals are acceptable for member-publication via the Gay.com Premium Personals product. The easiest way to reply to your favorite profile is via e-mail. You can also contact them by their AIM name or ICQ number if they have included that information.

We suggest that you purchase Premium Personals for your favorite member account. Each member account will need a separate Premium Personals account. Choose wisely.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We cannot process transactions over the phone or in person. You should always check with your financial institution first if you are having problems with your card.

Is my online credit card transaction secure?

If your browser is set up for security when purchasing products or services on Gay.com, you will be asked for your credit card, billing and shipping information. This information is transmitted using a secure, encrypted form. You can see that the transaction is secure from the fact that the URL begins with the secure address "https://". Why does it say my credit card is invalid?

Sometimes the system we use to manage transactions times itself out and rejects attempted registrations. If this happens, please go through the system again to submit your information. How do I cancel my Premium Personals account?

You can cancel your account at any time by clicking here. Click on the subscription you would like to cancel. At the bottom of the page, you can select a checkbox to cancel. After you select this box, you will be asked if you are sure. If you select "ok," you will be automatically cancelled at the end of your billing cycle. You will then be taken back to the "my billing" page. You will not notice the change to your account status until after your billing period ends. You will not receive confirmation of your cancellation. When you cancel your account, you will continue to have access to all the great features of Gay.com Premium Personals until the end of your current billing cycle. If you choose to cancel your account and request a refund, you'll need to contact us for help. Click here to look at our refund policy.
