Stirling Clansmen
Whilst the Stirling Clansmen was joined the league in 1986, the American football program began in 1984 and the first game was played in 1985.
From 1986 to 1990 the Clansmen reached either 1st or 2nd place in the Scottish Conference. The following seasons saw the ‘Clan’ fall down the rankings finishing in the 8th and 10th positions between 1991 and 1994.
From there they developed into a stronger team maintaining the 3rd place position until in the 1999 season returning to 1st place in the Scottish division. In 2003 the hard work paid off with the reward of College Bowl XVII.
In the 2007 - 08 season they won the Scottish Division and remained unbeaten throughout the regular season.
