UCH Sharks
The UCH Sharks are one of the original four BCAFL teams which played in the 1985-1986 season (along with Teesside, Newcastle and Manchester).
The Sharks dominated the early BCAFL by winning or sharing the first four titles, as well as compiling a 23-2-2 record during their first five seasons.
Since then, the Sharks have not been able to repeat this dominance, though the team is expanding and improving constantly.
Prior to the launch of the BUAFL the Sharks were 1 of 2 teams to win 4 BCAFL titles, along with the Hertfordshire Hurricanes.
In the 2007/2008 season, six Northern All Stars players represented the Sharks, showing that the Sharks still produce good quality national level players.
