Licensing: Fixation is freeware. You may use Fixation on as many Macintosh systems you wish. However, the built-in timestamp code is copyrighted by the Internet Chess Club and the built-in timeseal code is copyrighted by the FICS. Fixation may not be distributed for profit or placed onto any CD-ROM or DVD, except for personal archival purposes, without my written permission. Modified versions of Fixation cannot be distributed without my consent.
