New ViDOC available on Xbox Live Marketplace

Posted by lukems at 11/29/2007 4:29 PM PST

The past is the new future. "Journey's End," a ViDOC tracing the events leading up to Halo 3 is now available on Xbox Live.

"Journey's End," the final Halo 3 ViDOC is now available on Xbox Live Marketplace. "Journey's End" focuses on the story leading up to the events that unfold in Halo 3 -- there aren't any major Halo 3 spoilers in the ViDOC. However, if you haven't played the Campaign yet or are expecting it as a present for the holiday season, our Marty-esque advice is to unplug from the Internet and not watch the ViDOC until you've played the game. We'll have web versions available shortly.

Bungie Played Online Yesterday

Posted by lukems at 11/15/2007 11:41 AM PST

A bunch of us are going to be online from 3 p.m. Pacific to 5 p.m. Pacific today in Halo 3. The results of some of those matches will become this week's Humpday Challenge.

*UPDATE* This text is from Thursday, November 15th.

Instead of playing totally stacked teams last night in the Humpday Challenge, we decided to save some of the stress and heartache for this afternoon when a handful of Bungie dudes will be online playing to help celebrate Xbox Live's birthday. From 3 to 5 p.m. Pacific, UI mastermind Dave Candland, Multiplayer designer Lars Bakken, Tools creator Bob Glessner, Brian Jarrard and myself will be running amok on the Intertubes as one giant robot of destruction. Since there's five of us, it'd seem likely we'd make our way into a hopper that supports five-man teams. Hope to see you there!
