Pavlof Islands, Aleutian Islands

The Pavlof Islands lie off the southwestern coast of the Alaska Peninsula at the entrance in to Pavlof Bay (the large bay at top-centre). The group consists of four main islands (Dolgoi, Wosnesenski, Poperechnoi and Ukoinoi) as well as numerous smaller islets. Dolgoi is the largest member of the Pavlof Islands with an area of 107 km².

At bottom-left in the image is the 152 km² Deer Island, located at the mouth of Cold Bay.
