Broutona

Broutona (Остров Броутона) is a small island of 7 km² in area situated at the northern end of the Southern Kuril Islands around 17 km to the northwest of the twin islands of Chirpoy and Brat Chirpoev.
The island has the appearance of an up-turned bowl and is lined by tall crumbling cliffs of up to 274 m in height. The interior rises to 800 m.
