Makanrushi

One of the smaller of the main islands found within the northern group, Makanrushi is located 28 km off the northwestern tip of the island of Onekotan at the western end of the Fourth Kuril Strait (the 53 km wide stretch of deep water that separates Onekotan from Paramushir).
