Raraka

A small to medium sized atoll formation of the northwest, Raraka is located 18 km southeast from Kauehi and 39 km northwest from Katiu. The atoll is approximately circular in shape with its narrow reef rim measuring some 74 km in length. The reef encloses an interior lagoon of 361 km² in area.
