The small volcanic cone of Bobrof is located within the Andreanof Islands group, situated 11 km east from Cape Sudak on Tanaga and 15 km west from the Cape Miga region of Kanaga.
Bobrof, although approximately circular in shape, has an irregualr outline with maximum dimensions of 4 km by 3.4 km with and area of 7.7 km². The northern side of the mountain is dominated by a deeply breached caldera that descends in cirque-like fashion to the shore. Its summit reaches an elevation of 738 m above sea level.
