Vokeo (also known as Wogeo) lies in deep waters 53 km off the coast of northern PNG's East Sepik Province. It is the westernmost of a chain of small mountainous islands — the Schouten Islands — that run parallel to the coast for a distance of around 100 km. The group also includes the islands of kadovar, Wei, Blup Blup, and Bam.
